What if my insurance changes mid-year?
No problem. We re-verify benefits whenever plans change, so you're never caught off guard by a bill.
Do I need a referral?
For most visits, no. If your plan requires one for a specialist, we take care of the paperwork for you.

How soon can I get an appointment?
We keep same-week appointments open every day, and most patients are seen within two to three business days. Same-day slots are sometimes available for urgent concerns call us and we'll check.
Do you accept new patients?
Yes. We welcome new patients of all ages, including Medicare and Medicaid patients. Call the office and we'll handle the paperwork for you.
What insurance plans do you accept?
We accept Medicare, Medicaid, and most major private plans, including Blue Cross Blue Shield, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and Humana. Not sure about your plan? Ask us to verify your benefits before your visit.
Can I see the same doctor every time?
Yes. We deliberately keep our panel small so you see the same physician at every visit. Your care stays consistent, and your doctor actually knows your history.
Do you offer telehealth visits?
We do. Follow-up visits, medication management, and many new-patient consultations can happen over a secure video call. Telehealth is covered by most insurance plans we accept.
What should I do in a medical emergency?
If you are experiencing a life-threatening emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room immediately. For urgent but non-emergency concerns during office hours, call us and we'll fit you in as quickly as possible.
